Print orders
Create a server-calculated API order quote
Requires print_orders:write through an API key or anonymous Test Mode session and Idempotency-Key. The server derives the fulfillment lane from the credential. Price, tax, shipping, and platform fee are server-calculated and frozen for 15 minutes. Routing is explicit: studio_default never falls back, single_provider must fulfill every line, and best_available split fulfillment is currently unavailable until group-level durable failure handling is complete.
