Create a separate guest print session
Capability returned once. Creation limited per direct peer IP. Browser claims must put capabilities only in a URL fragment, then exchange to an HttpOnly cookie at the trusted web origin. Responses are no-store. Caller prices, provider identifiers and payment methods are never accepted.
