Memory Mates

Memory Mates are one public product family with two immutable size variants. The rendered artwork determines orientation. Callers do not select portrait or landscape as a product or option.

Both variants use revision 1, support lustre, pearl, and deep-matte, and have template_requirement: "required". The artwork must be the managed artifact from a succeeded Batch Relay template render. Supply its asset_id and matching template_render_id. A raw URL or unrelated managed asset is rejected.

A 1500 × 2100 artifact is portrait. A 2100 × 1500 artifact is landscape. Both are valid for memory-mate-5x7. Batch Relay validates the ratio and preserves the exact rendered geometry on the order. The Memory Mate product ID remains on the order and audit record. Provider routing receives the pinned standard-print fulfillment target and the finished artwork. It never receives a provider-specific Memory Mate SKU. The older orientation-specific and multi-asset Memory Mate IDs remain internal historical records. They are not listed by the public catalog and cannot be used for new quotes or orders.
